When you want to produce mass quantities of compact discs, and you want them look and sound exactly like the originals, you want CD replication from Total Media, Inc. CD replication is different from CD duplication – the duplication process is essentially like “burning” a disc, whereby data is extracted from a master disc and written onto a blank disc. With CD replication, each CD is essentially manufactured – a glass master disc is created containing the data to be replicated. Then a stamper is created from this master disc, which is loaded into an injection molding cavity where the discs are manufactured. So the new CDs are not merely copies of an original CD, they are exact replicas of the original. Because production process for CD replicates is a little more detailed than that for CD duplicates, it can take a little longer to complete these types of media projects. They also typically require a higher number of units to be produced. But if you have a high quantity order, and you have the time, CD replication can result in the most professional sounding CDs.
With CD replication, you are getting the best sounding CDs – but don’t you want them to look their best, too? At Total Media, we can help you complete your media project with:
