CD Booklet and DVD Booklet Specifications
The following specifications are for CD booklets and DVD booklets provided for use in packaging 5" discs manufactured at Total Media, Inc (including disc replication, disc duplication, custom discs, and media conversion projects). Due to the use of automated packaging equipment, it is imperative that these specifications are followed precisely. Materials received that don't meet these specs will cause delay in the production and shipment of your order, especially if you are requesting short run CD or DVD duplication. NOTE! If you are supplying Total Media with DVD or CD booklets and traycards to be inserted into packaging then please call us for the correct specifications, the specifications below are for materials to be printed by Total Media, and thus include the dimensions for "bleed" and "over-trim."
CD Booklet Specifications
• When distinguishing the number of panels in your booklet design, count both front and back of each page; even if there is no printing on a side, you must include this when counting panels.
• The above diagram shows specifications for a 4 panel job, using measurements from A and B.
• For a 2 panel job use measurements from A above.
• For a 6 panel reduce length of A by 1/8" (.125") or 3.175mm to accommodate fold. Use measurements from B for third panel.
• Camera-ready art or computer files provided out of specification may be subject to extra charges.

• If supplying an electronic file, please see “Printing Specifications.”
