The Rimage EVEREST printer, winner of the 2002 e-Media
editor's choice award, is a breakthrough in CD-R/DVD-R printing technology
available with any Rimage duplicator. Rimage printers have never
been able to match the quality of silkscreen printing, until now. The
Rimage EVEREST implements patented printing technology that has a ground
breaking thermal re-transfer system which redefines the industry standard.
Capable of up to 160 l.p.i, the EVEREST has the capability to print photo
realistic images onto the face of your disc. The Rimage EVEREST blows
away traditional screen printing (90 l.p.i), and eclipses magazine print
standards (150 l.p.i), delivering unequaled Rimage printing quality.
The EVEREST's innovative white undercoat printing is achieved using a CMY-White
ribbon. This remarkable capability achieves label effects previously
unattainable in an on-demand environment, allowing you to reverse out portions
of an image letting the surface of the disc shine though.

CD-R production. An exclusive Rimage 3 paneled ribbon
provides for a full pallet of colors and single color
capabilities. The indelible printing process
requires no drying time. The fully functional
Rimage label creation software will allow custom design
capabilities on Windows-based systems. The software
allows for bar codes, scanned images, imported logos
and custom serialization, and capable of up to 99
merge files for unique Rimage duplicator production
runs.
